Welcome to our Exciting Resort!

Casa de Campo Resort has long been referred to as the "Caribbean Playground of the Rich" The Resort is a lush Caribbean retreat of unsurpassed elegance and breathtaking beauty where action, relaxation and pampering service combine for an exceptional leisure experience. Here you will find a "Quality of Life" unavailable anywhere in the western hemisphere. The atmosphere is safe, quiet and full of the most rewarding pleasures, dining and activities found anywhere in the Caribbean.

It all started back in the 70's when Gulf & Western Industries absorbed the Puerto Rico Sugar Company and developed Casa de Campo, as a worldly upscale vacation resort. The original idea was to be a vacation getaway for upper management, however as time passed, the resort has become a holiday vacation destination for people from all parts of the world.

What Makes It So Special?

Unlike any other Resort, Casa de Campo provides for individual ownership of some of the nicest privately owned luxury villas & condos in the Caribbean. This lifestyle provides for a safe, easily accessible vacation wonderland where property owners and associates gather for premier golf, tennis, horseback riding and yachting or just for rest and relaxation. The facilities are like no other to be found anywhere. Golf at Pete Dye designed courses including Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, The Links and Romana Country Club which The Robb Report lists as one of "The Worlds 6 Most Essential Memberships".

As a port destination, the The Marina is like no other in the Caribbean! The centerpiece of the Marina is the promenade, a winding street running through the original breakwater and presents a striking combination of the lushness of the Caribbean countryside and the more classic Italian gardens of gazebos, pergolas and fountains. Fine restaurants and shops include Bang & Olufsen, Bleu Marine, Dedon, Azimut and Hatteras Yachts. Casa de Campo Marina has become a perfect home port for the owners of large yachts who desire to travel around the Caribbean. The Marina has become a high-end Caribbean destination, much like St. Barts, considered by many to be the most glamorous and exclusive island in the Caribbean. It provides the wealthy yacht owner a complete Port o' Call offering the most upscale shops, fine dining and services including a modern international airport (LRM).

Altos de Chavon Artists Village is a vibrant cultural community perched above the Chavon River. Cobblestone paths, coral stone fountains and terra cotta buildings create a magical effect in this village designed by Robert Coppa, an Italian architect who at the time was a Paramount movie set designer. He built it in the late 1970s to emulate a 15th century southern Italy-southern Spain village. Visitors today discover craft workshops, artists' studios, galleries and restaurants. Weddings are frequent at the St. Stanislaus Church, as few places can be more romantic than Altos de Chavon. The performing arts are showcased in the village's 5,000-seat amphitheater, inaugurated in 1982 by Frank Sinatra and is still attracting big name performers. Visit the Regional Museum of Archaeology, a small but wonderful display of the island's rich pre-Columbian heritage. The Art Gallery features contemporary art exhibitions.

Four Seasons Resort & Spa is currently building a 200 room, $120 Million complex inside of Casa de Campo. Construction has begun in early 2008 with anticipated completion in late 2015. The Resort will feature 3,100 ft of beachfront, a 43,000 square foot spa, tennis courts and luxurious accommodations on 67 acres of waterfront land. The introduction of this resort will popularize Casa de Campo as a "High-End" luxurious destination for travelers from North & South America, Europe, and Africa Continents with continued interests from the United Kingdom and the Caribbean countries. The “Super Suites” will cost $10,200 per night and will have five rooms, a private swimming pool, gym, offices, spa and other amenities.
